Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a seasoned Change Management professional to drive strategic change initiatives across multiple business units. You will plan and implement change strategies, assess readiness, and mentor teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes and tools.
Key responsibilities include leading messaging alignment with communications, conducting readiness assessments, and delivering Prosci-based training to stakeholders at all levels.
Facilitate organizational transformation by effectively planning, implementing, and sustaining change initiatives that align with business objectives. Evaluate the impacts of change, develop comprehensive communication and training strategies, and engage with stakeholders across all levels. Ensure seamless transitions and foster the successful adoption of new processes, systems, or structures. Lead change management efforts for complex projects and strategic initiatives, applying advanced frameworks and influencing stakeholder alignment.
