We’re looking for a proactive and strategic Senior Organization Effectiveness Professional to develop, implement, and manage change plans for our sales team.

As business products and strategies evolve, this role will ensure our sales team can adapt quickly by focusing on the people side of change. The role involves using change assessments to identify impacts on associates and their work, designing comprehensive change plans, and managing communication, resistance, project coordination, and stakeholder updates. Collaboration with the Training team will be essential to align training strategies with change initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for continuous improvement, strong project management skills, and a successful track record in business transitions. This role operates within a larger organization effectiveness team, requiring independent work, strategic influence, and decision-making on complex issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop strategies to maximize change adoption
  2. Design processes to support change initiatives
  3. Manage all stages of change, from planning to reinforcement
  4. Identify risks and develop mitigation plans
  5. Address change resistance and create communication plans
  6. Coordinate collaboration across teams and lead stakeholder meetings
  7. Measure and report on change adoption and success
  8. Cultivate a change-ready culture
  9. Partner with leadership and stakeholders to align change efforts with organizational goals
  10. Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring successful delivery
  11. Establish metrics to evaluate change impact on performance and outcomes
  12. Collect feedback and continuously improve change programs
  13. Provide regular insights and updates to leadership

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in program management and leading change initiatives
  • Understanding of how people process change
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines
  • Decision-making skills in ambiguous situations
  • Change management certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to simplify complex messages
  • Solution-focused mindset and growth orientation
  • Influencing skills to achieve goals
  • Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Organizational Psychology, Development, or related field
  • Prosci Certified Change Practitioner
  • Project management or training certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, CPTD)
  • Knowledge of sales processes and tools
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or sales organizations
  • Experience with instructional design and training tech

Travel: Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $78,400 - $107,800 annually, based on location and experience. Eligible for bonus incentives.
