As a *Senior** Change Management Lead*, you will play a critical role in driving large-scale, transformative regulatory initiatives. You'll be supported by a mature Change Management Center of Excellence, equipped with proven methodologies, tools, and best practices.
This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep expertise in regulatory change, who thrives in complex environments and is passionate about enabling successful, people-centered transformation.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies to support regulatory programs and enterprise-wide initiatives.
* Lead the people-side of change, ensuring adoption of new processes, tools, and behaviors to achieve business outcomes.
* Serve as the primary change lead for assigned projects and programs, ensuring alignment across initiatives.
* Collaborate with senior leaders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to integrate change management into project delivery.
* Maintain alignment with the Change Management Center of Excellence's standards and frameworks.
* Identify and manage change risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure sustainability of change.
* Deliver executive-level communications and presentations tailored to diverse stakeholder groups.
*Must-Have Qualifications*
* *5+ years* of progressive experience leading Change Management for strategic and regulatory programs within *U.S. Banking*.
* Proven expertise in Consumer, Commercial, Wealth, and Shared Services banking environments.
* Demonstrated ability to apply core Change Management disciplines (e.g., stakeholder engagement, communications, training, resistance management, adoption metrics).
* *3+ years* of experience in project planning and execution, including resource estimation and reporting.
* Strong consultative skills with the ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and drive resolution.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to executive audiences.
* Experience in *Change Risk Management*, including risk identification, ownership, and mitigation planning.
* Comfortable working in a *remote* environment.
* Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive results in ambiguous, fast-paced settings.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Recent experience in the *financial services industry*.
* Background in *strategy or Change Management consulting*, ideally with a professional services firm.
* Experience integrating Change Management with *Agile methodologies* and *customer journey frameworks*.
* Change Management certifications (e.g., *Prosci*) or graduate-level education in Organizational Change disciplines.

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $90.00/hr.
