Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to partner with GTL and the Director, Project Management to lead cross-functional sub-teams and maintain a single source of truth for program timelines.

You will oversee dependencies, critical paths, and risk mitigation while supporting governance, budgeting, and external vendor coordination in a US-based, full-time exempt role.

Qualifications

• BS in pharmaceutical/biotech with 5+ years PM experience.
• Experience in drug development and regulatory submissions.
• PMP certification preferred; strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GTL and Director, Project Management to support cross-functional matrix team and manage sub-teams.
• Develop and maintain a fully integrated program Gantt, with dependencies and executive views.
• Identify interdependencies, critical path, and at-risk activities for risk management.
• Maintain dashboards to communicate status and progress.
• Manage cross-functional team meetings (scheduling, agendas, minutes, action items).
• Maintain issue logs and risks registers with timely resolution and mitigation.
• Collaborate with Finance to develop/update budgets and manage program spend within approved budget.
• Manage select external vendors (MSA/SOW) and integrate deliverables into the program Gantt.
• Support Governance and Executive presentations and regulatory submissions prep.
