Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage all financial and accounting operations and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Prepare, analyze, and distribute monthly income statements.
• Develop and maintain the annual operating budget.
• Review month-end and year-end close activities.
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, general ledger accuracy, and journal entries.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance for all financial functions; report to the Board.
