Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Aerospace, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of modeling, simulation, and complex fluid dynamics experience.
• Deep CFD knowledge in fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and thermodynamics.
• Proficient with industry tools (ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, STAR-CCM+); custom environments too.
• Strong programming skills in C++, Python, Fortran, or MATLAB.
• Excellent analytical and communication abilities; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Code development: write, test, and deploy new simulation codes and scripts.
• CFD analysis: set up, run, and analyze 2D/3D CFD models for thermal systems.
• Modeling & simulation: develop robust mathematical/physics-based models.
• Validation & verification: correlate results with physical test data.
• Cross-functional collaboration: work with design and test engineers.
• Technical reporting: document methodologies, code architecture, and results.
