• BLS Basic Life Support or Instructor (AHA) is required.

Responsibilities

• Role models and promotes a positive work environment to support interprofessional care.
• Collaborates with the interprofessional health care team and communicates pertinent patient care information.
• Independently acts as a clinical resource and mentors colleagues in patient care processes.
• Provides care to patients under direct supervision of a physician, nurse, or clinic leadership.
• Documents vital signs, medical history, and care in the EMR per policy.
• Ensures follow-up, coordinates care with other providers, and supports MyChart activation.
• Maintains patient privacy and safety in all interactions.
• Performs routine tests and sterilizes instruments as needed.
