Job summary

S&P Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Solutions Lead III to implement Oracle Health Cerner solutions for federal healthcare clients. This role is fully remote with 25-50% travel.

You will lead clinical solution deployments, provide workflow analysis, and coordinate delivery across teams, ensuring successful adoption and measurable outcomes in complex environments. The position requires deep clinical and health IT expertise, strong communication, and the ability to translate clinical needs

Qualifications

• Oracle Health (Cerner) implementation experience required.
• Minimum 10 years of healthcare, health IT, consulting, or clinical operations experience.
• Minimum 5 years of leading complex clinical solution teams in build, design, and implementation lifecycle.
• Demonstrated experience supporting Oracle Health (Cerner) implementation projects.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government clearance of at least Public Trust.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current and future-state clinical workflows and operational processes.
• Lead assigned project workstreams and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Build productive relationships with client stakeholders and present updates.
• Ensure deliverables comply with standards and contribute to continuous improvement.
