Jobot is seeking a Cerner Application Developer, Senior to lead complex reporting and systems work. You will guide resolution of interrelated departmental applications and Cerner CCL customization for reporting, partnering with vendors and campus leadership to implement solutions.

The role emphasizes analytic requirements gathering, system performance planning, and mentoring junior staff within a health-system setting. 100% remote options are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 9 years of relevant experience as substitute.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience.
• 3 years of IS healthcare experience.
• Strong CCL experience and Discern/PowerInsight expertise.
• At least 1 year of Cerner Data Modeling experience.
• Consulting or project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage resolution of complex reporting and application issues.
• Design and develop Cerner CCL reports and related analytics.
• Collaborate with vendors and health system leadership to implement solutions.
• Provide training and guidance to junior staff and review work.
• Support clinical workflows and stakeholder management.
