Job summary

Yorke Engineering, LLC, an environmental consulting leader in California, seeks a Senior CEQA/NEPA Project Manager to oversee CEQA/NEPA studies, lead technical reports, and manage multiple projects for public and private clients.

The role requires 14+ years of experience in CEQA/NEPA, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to coordinate teams across offices. Travel to client sites and agency meetings is expected.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of project management, permitting and compliance experience in environmental industry.
• CEQA/NEPA experience with Air Quality, GHG, Noise or related CEQA sections.
• Experience preparing MND/EIR/EA/EIS analyses and CatEx memorandums.
• Strong writing, regulatory knowledge and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel to client offices/sites and agency meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead CEQA/NEPA studies and prepare/oversee technical reports and sections.
• Direct and coordinate IS/ND, MND, EIR, EA, EIS and CatEx work.
• Manage multiple complex CEQA/NEPA projects concurrently with quality control.
• Prepare proposals and represent the firm to clients and agencies.
