Job summary

Florida Power & Light Company is seeking an experienced Central Maintenance Planner to support overhaul planning for the Combined Cycle Power Generation Fleet. The role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder relations, and the ability to create accurate cost and schedule estimates for major maintenance outages.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in maintenance/planning for power generation.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Marine Engineering.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Strong organization and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Perform scope validation and jobsite walk-downs.
• Establish accurate work order cost and schedule estimates.
• Support procurement of materials and services.
• Administer procurement contracts and documentation for outages.
• Streamline activities through standardized processes and team engagement.
• Other duties as assigned.
