Job summary

Florida Power & Light Company is seeking an experienced professional for the Central Maintenance Planning team to support long-range overhaul planning of its Combined Cycle Power Generation Fleet. The ideal candidate will be well organized, process oriented, and capable of building relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The role involves interface with site personnel, Fleet Engineering, Integrated Supply Chain, and Suppliers, with a focus on meeting Major Maintenance Process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in maintenance planning or power generation.

Responsibilities

• Develop job-specific Mechanical Maintenance Work Order packages for overhaul projects.
• Perform jobsite walk-downs for component and scope validation; support procurement of materials and services.
• Establish accurate work order cost and schedule estimates; collaborate with stakeholders across sites and engineering.
