TechSpace Solutions Inc. is seeking a Process Mining Consultant (Celonis) to lead end-to-end Celonis implementations across multiple clients in a hybrid US-based role (NYC, Redwood City, Raleigh). The position is a 12-month engagement requiring deep expertise in process intelligence and data extraction.

Qualifications

• 12+ years Data Engineer/Analytics with SQL and relational databases.
• Experience leading multiple teams with hands-on delivery in a contracting model.
• ERP experience with SAP ECC/S4 HANA/Oracle Cloud/EBS R12.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Celonis implementation teams across concurrent client engagements.
• Remain hands-on to develop, review, and deploy Process Intelligence solutions using Celonis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications.
• Govern data extraction pipelines with connectors (out-of-the-box and custom).
• Strong knowledge of Celonis ETL: Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools, Data Jobs.
• Experience with Vertica SQL to create custom Celonis activities.
• Drive optimization of data pipeline performance.
• Analyze process data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
• Mentor and guide team members across workstreams; review deliverables and enforce standards.
• Provide delivery updates, risks, and dependencies to programme leadership.
