Job description

Title: Process Mining Consultant – Celonis

Job Type: Contract

Experience Level: Any experience level will be considered, provided the candidate meets the required technical experience.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Process Mining Consultant with strong hands‑on experience in Celonis Process Intelligence. The consultant will lead Celonis implementation projects, work with complex business data, and help clients identify process inefficiencies and improve their business operations.

The ideal candidate must have completed at least one end-to-end CCPM implementation. OCPM (Object-Centric Process Mining) experience is highly preferred, although strong knowledge of OCPM will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple Celonis/Process Intelligence implementation teams across concurrent client projects.

Remain hands‑on with Celonis and design, develop, review, and deploy solutions.

Gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements and specifications.

Manage data extraction pipelines using standard Celonis connectors and custom connectors.

Work with Celonis ETL capabilities including Data Extraction, SQL Transformations, Data Pools, and Data Jobs.

Use Vertica SQL to create custom activities in Celonis.

Optimize the performance of data pipelines and data processing.

Analyze business process data to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.

Mentor team members, review deliverables, and ensure adherence to development standards.

Provide status updates, identify risks and dependencies, and communicate with program leadership.

Develop and work with Knowledge Models, Views, and Analyses.

Use Celonis PQL and PU functions.

Develop integrations between Celonis and existing enterprise systems.

Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, technical teams, and clients.

Support Celonis operationalization using Action Flows, Action Views, and Machine Learning capabilities.

Stay current with the latest AI and Process Intelligence capabilities in Celonis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

At least one end-to-end CCPM implementation is mandatory.

Strong hands‑on experience with Celonis Process Intelligence.

Strong knowledge of Celonis ETL, PQL, PU Functions, Knowledge Models, Views, and Analyses.

Strong SQL and relational database experience.

The role is open to any experience level, as long as the candidate meets the required technical and implementation criteria.

Proven experience leading multiple teams alongside hands‑on technical delivery is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
