Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Sr. Cell Therapy Account Specialist for the Sales team based in Salt Lake City, UT. You will represent Legend's CAR-T products to oncology customers and drive sales within a defined geography, aiming to meet or exceed targets.

Responsibilities include building strong relationships, understanding disease states, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute territory plans. Travel up to 75% is required in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 4 years Oncology healthcare sales experience.
• Proven and consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales objectives, preferably in specialty markets.
• Experienced managing and executing in large accounts including strategic planning and problem solving.
• Previous product launch experience in a highly competitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Drives multiple myeloma CAR-T brand choice amongst institution-based oncology customers.
• Comprehensive understanding of Legend and competitor products and disease state complexities.
• Navigate complex account environments and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Develops geography-specific understanding and opportunities.
• Provides insights to cross-functional teams from HCP interactions.
• Implements an account business plan to meet customer needs and corporate goals.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams on accounts or physicians.
• Prepares territory budget plans for contacts and events.
• Represents Legend at national and local symposiums/conventions.
• Follows regulatory, policy and company guidelines.
