Job summary

Legend Biotech is seeking a Sr. Cell Therapy Clinical Educator to educate APPs and nurses on cell therapy products within the Wisconsin region.

This field-based role collaborates with sales, marketing, and cross-functional partners to deliver on-label education and training. The candidate will possess strong nursing or oncology background, excellent presentation skills, and the ability to travel frequently to engage customers and staff across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health science; RN/NP/PA background considered.
• Minimum 10 years nursing experience or 5 years oncology experience.
• Membership in ONS preferred; in-house industry education background helpful.
• Experience with Multiple Myeloma a plus.
• Demonstrated communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 75% within assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-person and virtual education to APPs and nurses.
• Identify and enroll customers in educational programs.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with commercial and cross-functional teams.
• Provide staff training at professional meetings and events.
• Build relationships with nurse leaders; support account plans.
• Monitor trends and adapt education strategies accordingly.
• Maintain clinical and product knowledge to a high standard.
• Communicate program information clearly using approved guidelines.
• Represent Legend at national/local conventions.
