Qualificações

• 7+ years in lithium-ion cell manufacturing with cylindrical cell equipment design
• Ability to leverage mechanical fundamentals for design choices
• Manage project schedules and cross-team coordination
• Incorporate safety, automation, and data collection in equipment specs
• Strong communication and durable knowledge bases
• Education/experience: 12 years with a Bachelor, or 8 with Master, or PhD with 5

Responsabilidades

• Evaluate manufacturing process and equipment designs; advise on cell designs
• Define equipment requirements; lead supplier engagements
• Oversee equipment installation and plan detailed tests; travel to supplier facilities
• Direct process development and handoff to operations
• Collaborate across teams to leverage Sila’s innovation and manufacturing experience
