Metric Engineering is seeking a CEI Senior Inspector/Senior Engineer Intern to join our Fort Myers team. This role involves advanced field inspection, surveying, and construction layout, providing leadership to junior inspectors. Candidates should have at least 1 year of CEI experience in roadway or bridge construction if holding a relevant degree, or 4 years without it.

Required certifications include CTQP Concrete Field Technician and Inspector Levels. Join us to contribute to innovative transportation projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CEI experience in roadway or bridge construction required if degree is held.
• Minimum 4 years CEI experience required without a qualifying degree.
• Required certifications include CTQP Concrete Field Technician Level I, CTQP Concrete Field Inspector Level II, and others.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex technical assignments in field surveying and construction layout.
• Inspect roadway and bridge construction activities.
• Coordinate, mentor, and oversee lower-level inspectors.
• Document construction progress and ensure compliance with specifications.
