Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's (3+ years clinical experience) or Bachelor's (5+ years) in Life Sciences or related field.
• 6+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech data management.
• 3+ years in project management and planning.
• Strong understanding of clinical data management processes, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading data management teams and mentoring staff.
