Job summary

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a delivery driver to transport products from store locations, including hazardous materials, to customers in the Bossier City area. The role requires loading, safe driving, and timely delivery with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and compliance with safety regulations.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid CDL with hazmat endorsement, MEC, and be able to lift heavy loads and work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have a valid Commercial Driver’s License with hazmat endorsement.
• Must have a Medical Examiner's Certificate (MEC) from an FMCSA-listed examiner or be willing to obtain one within five business days of offer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally; able to work evenings/weekends.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently to interact with customers and complete reports.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products from Sherwin-Williams stores using box and flat-bed trucks.
• Load orders properly, ensure complete and accurate deliveries.
• Maintain vehicle and adhere to safety and time schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Complete required delivery reports and paperwork.
• Operate equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts as needed.
