Kaiser Permanente in California seeks a licensed behavioral health professional to provide chemical dependency services and psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, families, and significant others under indirect supervision.

Responsibilities include intake, assessments, treatment planning, case management, group and individual counseling, and participation in team conferences; evening shifts to 7pm are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years post-graduate addiction therapy experience within the last five years.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or other behavioral health field.
• California licensure required: LPCC, LMFT, or LCSW.

Responsabilités

• Provides chemical dependency services and psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and families.
• Triage and respond to crisis and information calls; conduct intake and psychosocial assessments.
• Develops and presents treatment plans; participates in clinical case conferences.
• Provides individual and group counseling, and adolescent/ family/modular therapy as assigned.
• Performs case management and facilitates resource/referrals.
