Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior CCIE Network Engineer to design, implement, manage, and troubleshoot large-scale Cisco enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate must hold a CCIE certification and have strong hands-on experience with Cisco SDA, Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE, Nexus data center technologies, enterprise wireless, firewalls, and advanced routing and switching.
This is an onsite position, with the potential for a hybrid work arrangement in the future. Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills are essential.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and support large-scale Cisco enterprise networks.
- Manage and troubleshoot Cisco Software-Defined Access (SDA) environments, including fabric provisioning, segmentation, policy management, and endpoint connectivity.
- Administer Cisco Catalyst Center (DNA Center) for device provisioning, network assurance, automation, SDA management, and troubleshooting.
- Configure and support Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), including 802.1X, TACACS+, MAB, profiling, guest access, and policy-based access control.
- Manage advanced enterprise routing and switching environments using BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, HSRP, STP, and Multicast.
- Troubleshoot complex Layer 2 and Layer 3 network issues across large Cisco Catalyst environments.
- Support Cisco Nexus data center technologies, including VXLAN/EVPN, NDFC, and data center routing and switching.
- Manage enterprise wireless environments using Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers and Cisco 9130/916x Access Points.
- Troubleshoot wireless performance, RF optimization, client roaming, and high-density wireless environments.
- Support Cisco Secure Firewall, access control policies, network segmentation, and security incidents.
- Support hybrid cloud connectivity, including Azure ExpressRoute and WAN connectivity.
- Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure, and application teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Provide technical guidance and maintain strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Active CCIE certification is required.
- Extensive experience supporting large-scale Cisco enterprise network environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco SDA and Catalyst Center.
- Experience with Cisco ISE and enterprise network access control.
- Strong enterprise routing and switching experience.
- Experience with Cisco Nexus, VXLAN/EVPN, and NDFC.
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers and enterprise wireless technologies.
- Firewall and network security experience.
- Experience with Azure ExpressRoute and hybrid networking.
- Excellent network troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite and commute to the work location.
