Job summary

Versar Global Solutions seeks a CBRN Modernization Analyst in Arlington, VA under a hybrid work arrangement with Pentagon duties. You will develop and advocate capability needs, analyze threats, and provide expert guidance to Air Force leadership and Joint/DoD stakeholders throughout the acquisition cycle.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree, 12+ years EM/CBRN experience, and active TS/SCI and NATO clearances. Strong MS Office skills and English proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 12+ years in EM and CBRN defense operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel).
• Active Top Secret/SCI and NATO clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advocate DAF capability needs into CBRN Defense initiatives under AF/A4C program management oversight.
• Analyze CBRN threats and align modernization efforts to defeat or mitigate threats.
• Provide expert analyses and recommendations to Government representatives on JCI/DS decisions.
• Coordinate with multiple offices and agencies to develop analyses and courses of action.
• Prepare briefings and documentation for working groups and tiger teams analyzing CBRN requirements and issues.
