Qualifications

• 5 years of CATV experience or related work history in the cable TV industry.
• Understanding of and ability to use various electronic testing tools.
• Effectively communicate with customers about reception issues.

Responsibilities

• Identify faults in the cable system to ensure signal quality.
• Perform maintenance and repair on CATV feeder and trunk systems.
• Complete work assignments from service requests and technician follow-ups.
