Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; 5 years of direct healthcare supply chain experience considered in lieu of degree
• Expertise in category strategy, negotiations, supplier performance, and cost optimization
• Strong data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes category strategies using spend analysis, market intelligence, and risk assessments.
• Leads end-to-end sourcing processes: supplier identification, negotiations, contracting, execution.
• Drives cost optimization through pricing strategies, standardization, and value-based purchasing.
• Builds stakeholder relationships with clinical, operational, financial leaders and suppliers.
• Uses data analytics to track performance and communicate outcomes to leadership.
• Identifies sourcing risks and supports resiliency, compliance, and contingency planning.
• Oversees a team of sourcing professionals, fostering leadership and expertise.
