L3Harris Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Specialist, Category Management to drive category strategy and supplier initiatives within the Communications and Spectrum Dominance Segment. You will lead spend analysis, supplier performance reviews, and cross-functional negotiations to optimize total cost of ownership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years in strategic sourcing or commodity management; advanced degree preferred.
In lieu of a degree, 10+ years of related experience may apply.
Experience leading cross-functional procurement and supplier management initiatives.

Responsibilities

Lead category strategy development across multiple products and services.
Analyze spend, benchmark market conditions, and manage supplier relationships.
Negotiate for best total cost of ownership and drive cost optimization.
Develop and execute supplier base strategies with cross-functional teams.
Communicate category status and opportunities to leadership.
