Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Senior Manager, Category Sourcing to lead the execution and management of corporate sourcing initiatives across diverse spend categories for our data center portfolio.

You will coach a team of category sourcing managers, develop strategies, negotiate complex vendor agreements over $50M, and collaborate with business units to maximize value and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 7+ years of sourcing, procurement, or supply-chain experience.
• 3+ years leading a procurement sourcing team.
• Experience managing vendor relationships over $50M annually.
• Experience in contract development, negotiation and management.

Responsibilities

• Develop a world-class category management strategy across assigned categories.
• Coach and develop a team of category sourcing managers.
• Lead execution of category management activities to achieve objectives.
• Negotiate supply opportunities with vendors in assigned categories.
• Prepare and participate in QBRs and provide guidance to Category Sourcing Managers.
