Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Leads category/spend strategies for key categories with multi-year planning.
• Own end-to-end delivery of business needs for managed categories.
• Builds long-term relationships with internal clients and suppliers.
• Leads RFPs and supplier negotiations to drive strategic sourcing.
• Uses advanced analytics to drive data-driven decisions and cost insight.
• Drives change adoption with customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Supports Sustainability and Environmental goals and EPP initiatives.
