Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or indirect category management.
• Experience with supplier negotiations, contract management, and strategic sourcing processes.
• Basic financial and cost-savings analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives for indirect categories including employee benefits vendors.
• Negotiate pricing, SLAs, rebates, and contract terms with suppliers.
• Analyze proposals, pricing structures, renewal projections, and total cost of ownership.
• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking to identify opportunities.
• Develop sourcing recommendations aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and leadership to optimize supplier relationships.
