Qualifications

• Proven ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and category management experience.
• Ability to craft compelling narratives and executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Relationships: Independently manages day-to-day relationships with Target and cross-functional teams, including merchant, business analyst, inventory analyst, space & transition planning & pricing promo team, and develops relationships with the Director merchant.
• Reporting: Owns end-to-end reporting, integrating multiple data sources to deliver weekly reports and strategic insights.
• Marketplace insights: Analyzes competitive trends and market dynamics to inform strategy.
• Category & seasonal reviews: Conducts category and seasonal analyses to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Planogram process: Oversees planogram development and validation from start to finish.
