Qualifications

• 5+ years owning a category or sub-category with end-to-end responsibility.
• 10+ years in sourcing/procurement roles.
• Hands-on supplier management with performance oversight.
• Build-to-print sourcing experience from detailed specs.
• Experience in semiconductor and capital equipment sourcing.
• Strong negotiation skills for pricing and terms.
• Ability to analyze data, cost drivers, and risks.
• Experience using scorecards/KPIs to improve supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute category sourcing strategy end to end.
• Manage supplier lifecycle including onboarding and performance.
• Lead negotiations for pricing and supplier agreements.
• Drive cost savings and optimization across the category.
• Align sourcing with engineering and operations requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and scorecards.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Analyze data and market trends to guide strategy.
• Execute sourcing initiatives from start to finish.
• Apply build-to-print sourcing in semiconductor and capital equipment.
