Senior Category Lead – Capital
Location:Remote, USA (Preferred: St. Paul, MN)
Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Category Lead – Capital to join our sourcing team. This role is critical in ensuring supply assurance, cost optimization, and operational excellence across capital procurement activities. You’ll play a key role in managing sourcing operations, supporting internal stakeholders, and driving process improvements—all while maintaining strong vendor relationships and system integrity.
Travel Requirement: This position requires approximately 20% to 25% travel, primarily for supplier visits, project support, and cross-functional collaboration.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.
The salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000.In addition to your salary, H.B. Fuller offers employees a competitive total rewards package including comprehensive benefits, incentive and recognitions programs, health & wellness benefits, 401K contributions, paid time off and paid holidays. Eligibility may vary.
