Job summary

Kinder’s is seeking a Senior Category Analyst to partner with the Kroger team and lead analytics that inform growth strategies. You will turn data into compelling stories and influence cross-functional plans across sales, strategy, and marketing.

The role offers a hybrid structure with Walnut Creek, CA or Cincinnati, OH locations. You will own customer analytics, develop insights from Kroger data resources, and deliver clear presentations to internal teams and buyers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, market research, or related field.
• 3-5 years of category management or sales analytics experience in CPG.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with Kroger data tools (84.51 Stratum) and syndicated data (Circana, NIQ, SPINS).
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for Kinder’s Kroger business to drive growth.
• Develop data-driven stories and presentations for internal and buyer meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales, Strategy, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Monitor performance and provide recurring Kroger reviews.
• Support assortment optimization and in-store program reporting.
