Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience working collaboratively in a matrix team environment.
• Casualty experience lines needed.
• P&C license or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Devises the go-to-market strategy and advocates the value of the placement function.
• Instructs the submission of coverage specifications and obtains quotes.
• Consults with client executives to support client retention and new business production.
• Drives relationships with practice, insurance markets, clients, and carriers.
