Qualifications

10+ years of commercial specialty claims experience with leadership experience.
Experience across Environmental, EPLI, E&O, mass tort and related exposure portfolios.

Responsibilities

Set the strategic direction and operational leadership for the Casualty Specialized Claims team.
Lead, coach and develop Claims Managers to drive performance across specialty lines.
Collaborate with underwriting, legal, actuarial, and risk control to align claim strategies with enterprise goals.
Monitor high-severity exposures, analyze litigation trends and allocate resources accordingly.
Oversee reserve accuracy, settlement authority, and litigation spend with panel counsel.
Develop and refine claim-handling protocols and best practices for complex portfolios.
