Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Phoenix is seeking a Senior Advanced Casting Engineer to provide technical expertise in materials and processes for aerospace cast parts. You will collaborate across Honeywell engineering teams, support all stages of product development, and act as a technical contact for less experienced engineers.

You will report to the Senior Engineering Manager and work on a Hybrid schedule at the Phoenix, AZ location, engaging with suppliers and cross-functional teams to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics (STEM).
• 4+ years of experience in materials/process engineering in the casting industry.
• 4+ years of experience with nickel, aluminum, steel, and/or titanium aerospace cast alloys.

Responsibilities

• Work between Honeywell Engineering, Quality, SDE, and ISC with suppliers.
• Troubleshoot material and process issues and provide technical solutions.
• Internal engineering support for casting development, drawing reviews and process improvements.
