Honeywell Aerospace in Greer, SC seeks a Senior Supplier Development Engineer for Casting and Forging within the Integrated Supply Chain. You will lead advanced manufacturing operations, drive process optimization, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver cost efficiencies and quality improvements in external casting and forging supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline; 3+ years in casting manufacturing.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies: automation, robotics, additive manufacturing.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
• Strong leadership and people management skills; able to work cross-functionally.
• Must have experience with investment casting, sand casting, single crystal, DS, equiaxed, ceramic core, permanent mold; Inconel.
• Deep knowledge of investment casting processes and related manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies for casting and forging supply chain.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement, productivity, and cost efficiency.
• Drive product quality improvements and process optimization across external supply chain.
• Collaborate with leadership to recruit, mentor, and develop talent.
• Travel up to 50% to support suppliers and projects.
