Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Head Cashier to manage register transactions, process returns, greet customers, and support the Assistant Manager-Operations in daily store duties. You will balance the cash drawer, assist with office tasks and inventory, maintain front-end appearance, and help train new cashiers to ensure fast, accurate checkouts and excellent customer service.

Hourly wage starts at $19.20. Experience in retail and cash handling is preferred, and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in retail and/or office management preferred.
• Cashier experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers; handle sales and returns.
• Balance cash drawer and follow register procedures; assist with clerical tasks.
• Assist with inventory, pricing, and front-end appearance maintenance.
• Support the Assistant Manager-Operations and train new cashiers as needed.
• Ensure accurate checkout and courteous, professional interactions at all times.
