Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Cash Receipts and EFT Specialist to manage daily cash postings, engage in bank reconciliations, and maintain member EFT master files. You will handle EFT setup, refunds, and adjustments while ensuring accurate postings against treasury reports.

Onsite training and potential onsite work in the Tampa area are noted. Must have 2+ years in accounting or AR with an Associate's degree, and be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate's degree in related field and 2+ years of experience in general accounting or accounts receivable.

Responsibilities

• Enters, uploads, and posts daily cash receipts and transmits EFT files to banks.
• Establishes member bank account information for account drafts and sets up new member EFTs.
• Balances daily receipts with system postings and performs daily cash receipt reconciliations against Treasury cash reports.
• Processes refunds, makes member account adjustments, and maintains member EFT master files.
• Reconciles daily cash logs to Peradigm and daily treasury notifications.
• Trains new and existing staff and performs other duties as assigned.
