Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with concentration in social work, business communication, or a related field.
• If no degree, a minimum of 2 years of workforce development and case management experience working with the sensitive needs population; bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage two primary projects: OWDB WIOA and OHA Programs.
• Develop knowledge of programs such as WIOA, OHA and CalAIM; leverage partnerships to enhance participant outcomes.
• Conduct individual assessments to develop personalized care management and employment plans.
• Maintain accurate case files and documentation including enrollments, progress tracking, eligibility verification, and HIPAA compliance.
• Provide outreach and engagement in the community; coordinate referrals to social services and workforce programs.
• Lead workshops and counseling sessions focused on job readiness and independence.
• Organize quarterly job fairs and prepare program reports.
