Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited college or university with an associate's degree and two years of relevant experience in corrections, community supervision, case management, rehabilitation services, or related field.
• Substitution of Experience for Education: full-time relevant experience may substitute for the required education on a year-for-year basis, up to two years.
• Two years of relevant graduate coursework may substitute for the required experience on a year-for-year basis, up to two years.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced, complex case management work and provide lead oversight of program(s).
• Oversee complex case decisions and ensure policy consistency across operations.
• Review and approve assessments, actions, and documentation for quality and timeliness.
• Direct and monitor offender case planning to support supervision and reentry outcomes.
• Coordinate service delivery and rehabilitative interventions aligned with offender needs.
