Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled life insurance illustration designer to collaborate with producers and engineer complex cases using advanced concepts such as split dollar and premium financing. The role requires FINRA SIE and Series 6 licenses (or within 90 days), 7 years of case design experience, and strong collaboration with financial advisors to tailor illustrations and strategies.

You'll promote Pacific Life through producers, generate customized illustrations, and provide backup support

Qualifications

FINRA SIE and Series 6 licenses required, or required within 90 days of start date.
7 years of case design experience
Experience conversing with Financial Advisors
Preferred: 7+ years of life insurance illustration/case design or related experience
Life insurance industry designations would make the candidate stand out

Responsibilities

Consult with producers on the types and uses of various life insurance products
Gather information, analyze needs, and design complex cases using advanced concepts
Design cases using advanced concepts such as split dollar, premium financing, and deferred compensation
Promote Pacific Life business to producers
Generate and customize advanced concept product illustrations for new business using specialized illustration software
Answer questions regarding sales illustrations and illustration software use
Provide backup illustration support for Regional Life Office case designers
Conduct competitor analysis, develop sales ideas, and recommend marketing strategies to increase business opportunities
Provide and coordinate in-force illustration requests from producers
Provide specialized reports as needed
