Qualifications

• 5+ years as a lead carpenter or in a similar role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and documents.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Physically able to lift heavy materials and work in varying weather.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret drawings, sketches, and job documents.
• Supervise carpenter and subcontractor work on site and train as needed.
• Perform rough and finish carpentry to project standards.
• Oversee safety on site and ensure compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain and track materials, inventory, and daily logs.
