Rochester Home Management is seeking an experienced service technician with construction and remodeling experience to join our Rochester, NY team. You will handle residential projects, including doors, windows, trim, decks, and kitchen/bath renovations, while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

We value self-marters who can manage multiple sites, communicate professionally with clients, and complete jobs independently with guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience required.
• Experience installing doors, windows, trim, and decks is a must.
• Experience with kitchen/bath renovations is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and project-management skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-service mindset essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential renovations and remodeling work across multiple sites.
• Manage projects to ensure timely, quality completion and customer satisfaction.
