Job summary

Construction Personnel Group seeks a remodeling carpenter to improve and maintain rental properties in Buffalo, NY. You will lead remodels, supervise subcontractors, and keep tenants satisfied as the company grows its portfolio.

Ideal candidates have at least four years of full-home remodeling experience, own basic tools and a truck or trailer, and take pride in doing the job right. You’ll work mostly downtown Buffalo or Kenmore with a small, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• You should be a carpenter because you are proud of the work you do, not strictly for the paycheck.
• Four years of experience doing complete home remodels.
• Have the basic tools and a truck or trailer to carry them.
• Be able to keep tenants happy and work well with a small team.

Responsibilities

• Complete remodels (inside & out) and supervise subcontractors and other service folks.
• Maintain existing tenants, handle service calls, grounds work, and related tasks.
• Field leads for prospective tenants, show apartments, and deliver leases.
