Qualifications

• 4+ years of high-end residential carpentry experience
• Broad range of rough carpentry to finish work
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
• Familiarity with a variety of building materials
• Strong safety awareness and proper tool use
• Excellent communication, team-building, and mentoring skills
• U.S. work authorization

Responsibilities

• Performing and assisting with general carpentry tasks including framing, siding, windows/doors, and hardware installation
• Establishing and meeting work deadlines with the superintendent or foreman
• Supporting subcontractors as directed by the superintendent or foreman
• Coordination with team members and ensuring safety practices
• Identifying unsafe practices and reporting them to leadership
