Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Sales and Account Manager for Airports and Borders - Latin America and Caribbean, based in Miami or Bogotá. You will grow our Airports and Borders business, building senior relationships and closing complex enterprise opportunities across the Caribbean and wider Latin America and Caribbean region.

You will shape territory plans, develop new and existing accounts, and collaborate with solution specialists and delivery teams to craft credible proposals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Airports IT and/or Border Control IT solution-sales experience.
• Ability to build senior stakeholder relationships and negotiate complex enterprise deals.
• Strong territory planning, opportunity-qualification and forecasting skills.
• Excellent English communication and willingness to travel across the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop existing Caribbean accounts and grow the assigned territory.
• Identify requirements and propose solutions to improve customer profitability and efficiency.
• Lead complex tender responses and commercial negotiations with cross-functional teams.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline and reliable forecasts to guide next actions.
