Job summary

Savant Senior Living in Norwalk, CA is seeking a compassionate Caregiver to provide direct care and assist with medications for our senior residents. You will help with daily living activities, including grooming, hygiene, bathing, transfer assistance, and mobility support, while ensuring safety and comfort.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, fluent English, and CPR/First Aid certifications. Prior assisted living exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR may be required.
• Must have valid First Aid Certification.
• Must be fluent in English (read, write, speak).
• Ability to push, pull, and lift residents and maintain physical needs.
• Prolonged standing is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and medication assistance to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living: grooming, hygiene, bathing, hair care, transfers.
• Lift and transfer residents as needed.
