Home Matters Caregiving is seeking caregivers in the Greater Pittsburgh area who are passionate about client care and relationships. Our caregiver-first philosophy emphasizes quality service and supportive teamwork to enhance the lives of clients.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, meal prep, mobility support, companionship, and maintaining a safe, clean environment while adhering to care plans and reporting changes to healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply).
• Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties.
• Must have at least 1 year of professional caregiving experience with senior population

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Follow care plans and communicate any changes in patient condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
