Home Matters Caregiving in the Greater Pittsburgh area seeks compassionate, dependable caregivers who want to help seniors maintain independence at home. Our caregiver-first philosophy supports your well-being, growth, and success as you provide daily living assistance and companionship.

You'll assist with activities of daily living, light housekeeping, meal prep, mobility support, and safety. Flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and growth opportunities are available in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience with seniors

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Support mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment for clients
• Follow care plans and communicate changes in condition to appropriate staff
